spicy

My favorite seasoning is spicy, so I often eat sin-ramen. It is Korean foods, so very spicy. I am not able to eat it at first time. However, it is very delicious, so I try to eat it, and I like it. Recently, I do not feel spicy it, so I add sin-ramen to red pepper. My mother says too spicy is not healthy for your body, so you refrain from eating it to me. I research about red pepper. This result is red pepper has capsaicin. It is a component. It is gave to my body good impact.
